FlashTrak Connect is a comprehensive supply chain application designed to enhance visibility into shipment data, providing users with multiple methods for data access. The platform allows both shippers and receivers to conveniently retrieve information related to shipments monitored by DeltaTrak data loggers, either through manually entering a trip number or FlashTrak Cloud Service credentials, or by scanning the barcode of a DeltaTrak logger.

For shippers, the application offers critical oversight during transit, particularly for perishable goods. It enables quick verification that a data logger has been activated and is transmitting real-time information. This feature helps ensure that temperature, location, and other conditions are being properly monitored, giving shippers confidence in the status of their cargo. Additionally, it facilitates seamless data sharing with receiving clients, streamlining acceptance processes.

Receivers benefit from rapid access to in-transit shipment data via trip numbers. This capability allows them to evaluate shipment conditions prior to arrival, informing accept or reject decisions efficiently. By providing immediate insights into temperature excursions and other vital parameters at the dock, FlashTrak Connect helps minimize wait times and optimizes scheduling for inspections and handling procedures. The ability to assess cargo condition on-site supports prompt and informed logistical decisions.

The application’s Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) synchronization feature further enhances its utility. Users can scan for nearby BLE devices, which are displayed with details such as trip number, device status, recent readings, alarm conditions, and battery life. Selected devices permit data collection and upload; if no corresponding shipment exists, one is automatically created. Users can also set scheduled scans and uploads at intervals between 1 and 60 minutes, with summary reports indicating device activity and upcoming tasks.

Additionally, FlashTrak Connect is compatible with mobile phones and tablets, facilitating easy sharing of shipment data via screenshots through email or messaging platforms. This flexibility allows stakeholders to promptly disseminate critical information without additional tools or steps.
